How to apply: Clean and dry your natural nails and choose the right size for each finger. Pick the matching adhesive tab, peel off the clear backing and line the nail up with your cuticle. Press down firmly in the middle, then firmly on each side.

How to remove: Gently lift one corner and add cuticle oil into the gap. Use a wooden stick to work the oil under the adhesive and lift the nail off your natural nail. Never pull them off dry.
