Shipping Policy

1. How much will I pay for my order?

RSA Orders:

  • Free delivery on all orders over R650
  • R70 delivery charge for orders under R650
  • Free collections from our warehouse in Strand, Western Cape, South Africa.
  • Free collections on all approved returns

International Orders:

  • Please enter address at check-out to see delivery charges to your country
  • Please note: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. STIKD is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages.

2. When will I get my order?

If possible we aim to dispatch on the same day of order (working days only), alternatively the next. Depending on your area and time of placing your order you might receive your order the next day, or within 3-7 business days. 

3. I have not received my order - I think something is wrong!

Keep an eye out for the automated shipping email we sent when your order was dispatched. Follow the link to see the tracking information of your parcel. If you do not get a sufficient answer over there you can contact the courier company in question. If you're still stuck - we're here to help! Let us know how far you've come in the process above and how we can be of further assistance.

4. My parcel got lost during transit, what can I do?

Unfortunately this happens sometimes, but we are here to assist. If the courier company cannot locate the parcel, contact us at orders@stikd.co.za. We reserve the right to attempt the location / recovery / resending of your parcel for a period of 10 working days from when you notified us of said lost parcel. If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days we will issue a refund or resend your parcel whichever you prefer.

5. I received incorrect items in my parcel, what now?

We aim for a 100% accuracy in our pick-and-pack process, however, errors can slip in. Do not worry when this happens, we will happily replace the product for you at no extra cost to you.
