1. Shipping Charges

All shipping charges remain the same as per standard sales.

2. When will I get my order?

Despite our orders going out as fast as possible, couriers are overwhelmed by sheer volumes during sale periods such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Festive Sales. As such please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. As always, we're one email away. Please contact us at orders@stikd.co.za should you have any questions.

3. Refunds and returns

No items purchased during a sale period, where a sale period is defined as the application of a discount code supplied or automatically applied by STIKD, will be accepted for returns or refunds.

4. The discount code doesn't include all items

Please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain products from the discount code. All items included in the discount code will automatically be displayed at the discounted rate.
